Tuesday, March 28:

Lunch will be available for tips / contributions to the lunch fund at your discretion. Grill master’s choice of food but will likely include hot dogs, wings, potato salad, drinks & chips. Please indicate whether or not you plan to eat lunch at Top Dog Training Center on Tuesday.

Wednesday, March 29 ~ 6:00 – 8:00 pm:

Welcome Party – hot and cold appetizers (Buffet) and a CASH BAR.

Wednesday, March 29 through Saturday, April 1:

Box lunches available for $20. All boxed lunches will include your choice of wrap or sandwich plus potato chips, a sugar cookie, and a drink (water, ice team or soda). Choices are: 1) Ham & Swiss Sandwich on rye bread; 2) Chicken Salad Croissant; 3) Chicken Caesar Wrap; 4) Vegetarian Wrap (fresh vegetables and cream cheese wrapped in an herbed tortilla).

Thursday, March 30 ~ 7 – 10 pm:

Paint by Numbers Event, Buffet, Bar in Ballroom – Baked Potato Bar and Salad Bar to accompany our Paint-by-Numbers activity. Meal includes a build-your-own garden salad bar and baked potato bar including your choice of potato toppings including butter, sour cream, cheese, chives, bacon and chili. Apple Cobbler with whipped cream for dessert. Cost is $29 – Ice tea and water served with dinner. Lobby bar available for purchasing alcoholic beverages. Event is from 7-10 pm with buffet opening at 7:00 pm.

Separate charge for painting. Cost is $73.00 per paint-by-numbers kit which includes your personalized reproduction of any single dog photo you upload to our special event website through Apple Pie Painting. This cost also includes your easel, paints, paint brushes, apron to protect your clothing as well as drop cloths and table protection for the hotel ballroom. Select this link to order your kit(s):

Friday, March 31 ~ 8:00 – 9:30 am:

Awards Breakfast – Annual awards breakfast will be held in the restaurant with the breakfast buffet open for our attendees. Each hotel room comes with a complimentary breakfast for 1 person. Additional individuals attending the event will be charged $15.00. Please indicate whether or not you will be attending the Awards Breakfast Buffet.

Friday, March 31 ~ 7:00 – 10:00 pm $40 per person:

Tenth Annual PBGVCA Top 20 Invitational & 4-12 Mo. Puppy Parade ~ Buffet price includes catalog and 1 People’s Choice vote. Buffet Choice of: Chicken Fried Steak; Salmon for those who need gluten free; Sautéed Chicken Breast with your choice of one sauces (Supreme, Marsala, Madeira or Picatta); Garden Green Salad; Mashed Potatoes with Cream Gravy; Seasonal Vegetables; Hot Rolls with Butter; and Peach Cobbler with Whipped Cream.

Saturday, April 1 ~ 7:00 – 10:00 pm:

Annual Banquet. Meal includes a buffet featuring Roast Beef, Fish, Oven Roasted Red Potatoes, Garden Salad, Seasonal Vegetables, Dinner Rolls and Dessert. CASH BAR available at 6:30, ice tea, water and coffee service is included. Dinner cost is $40.00.
