 Move to approve, with the date change, the May Indiana Hunt.  Motion 

passed.
Motion #02-17-05 (Cooper, second Bustin) 
Move to approve Jill Otto as the new Membership Chair. Motion passed.
Trophy Curator Information on Website
—Gloria reported she had consolidated all the Trophy documents into one docu-

ment.

The Board accepted the document revision.
The Board agreed to continue the tradition of making a donation, along with the Foundation, to a deserving group in the 

National Specialty site. (Last year dog oxygen masks were donated to the Fire Department in Indianapolis. This year’s 

donation will be similar.
Show Manual – Anne reported that Helen needs online access to the Show Manual. Bob will check with Veronica.
Yahoo site clean-up transfer to website archive – Bob will check with Veronica on migrating files from the Yahoo Board 

Group to Dropbox or another repository.
Online balloting – Stephanie will research online voting possibilities to use for Club elections. Anne suggested talking to 

Don James of the Leonburger club since they use online voting.

President’s Report: NTR in absence of President
Vice President’s Report: Bob Cohen NTR
Recording Secretary’s Report: 
Motion 3-17-01  (Megli, second Bustin) move to approve the Board minutes from the February meeting as amended.  

Approved unanimously.
Corresponding Secretary’s Report: 5 resumes for regular judges and 2 resumes for sweepstakes were returned for the 

2019 National/Regional Specialties in Texas.  There will be no need for voting at the Charlotte show prior to the vote of 

the membership in May.
Treasurer’s Report: Gloria Swaine reported that Club assets of $92,460.43 reflecting a net income as of February 2017 of 

$14,344.97 due largely to show income not yet offset by show expenses anticipated in April.
The February financial report was accepted as submitted.
