Mr. Ljungren told the Delegates about the new Club De-

velopment Department and the AKC Canine College.  

The Club Development Dept. will help clubs hold suc-

cessful events, develop educational material, utilize Best 

Practices developed by Delegate committee, or assist 

with any challenge faced by a club.  Ms Leslie Fetzer, Edu-

cation Project Manager reported on the state of the AKC 

Canine College.  It was launched on Sept. 27, 2016 and 

is averaging about 2,000 visitors a week.  Course work is 

designed for conformation companion and performanc-

es Judges and for breeders who want more knowledge 

about anatomy, breeding and genetics.  Course work will 

be expanded to include groomers, stewards, trainers, 

and more.

“Member Only” Login Trouble? 

 

We have recently been made aware of an issue with reaching our member only area.  Some web browsers such as 

Chrome have set their content settings to “Block third-party cookies and site data.” This is a problem when using the 

PayPal secure pay system among other secure login sites.  When using a browser that has blocked third-party cookies 

you will NOT be able to see the member only area login screen.  To gain access to the member only area, you can try 

another web browser such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc. OR make the following changes. These instructions are for 

Chrome ONLY; however, are similar for other browsers:

On computer

• Open Chrome

• Select More (3 dots)

• Select Settings

• Scroll down to Show advanced settings

• Under Privacy select "Content settings" button

• Uncheck "Block third-party cookies and site data"

• Select "Done" button at bottom

On most mobile phones

• Open Chrome

• Tap More (3 dots)

• Tap Settings

• Tap Privacy

• Slide down and tap Site Settings

• Tap Cookies

• Chose to Allow Cookies
