mentionedthatinthefutureweshouldnegotiatetheability
toextendthenumberofroomsifwefillourblock.The
committeeneedstodiscussissueswiththebartenderand
thecostsassociated.Theboarddiscussedhavinganauction

secondWIhunt.Motionpassedunanimously

Videographer-LindleyHensondiscussedtheneedforaper-
sonthatwillcoordinatethevideographer.BobCohenvol-
unteeredtotakecareoftheagreementsandthetasks
associatedwiththe2015National.Theboardislookingfor
avolunteertobethiscommitteechair.

POAGTestBettyBarthaskedtheboardforinputinregards
tosupportingthePOAGTest.Bettydiscussedtheneedfor
testingdogs.Theboarddiscussedwhetherornottestingis
needed.BettywouldliketohavetheHealthCommitteebe
consultedonthesubjectoftestingandsubsidizingthecosts
andputtogetheraplanofactionforthisissue.JoQuintenz

grantingtherequest.

Severaldelegatesrosetocommentonavarietyof

issuesincludingterritory,local(state)legislativeproblems,
concernsaboutthenewwebsite,theFCIjudges’situation
andarequestforhelpfindingapersonknowledgable
aboutgrantwritingtogetcorporatesponsorshipforthe
PetEmergencyTrailerProgram.

I
