GCH CH Crepu Visage Amazona Eue De Fleurs Chloé BN RA NA NAJ CGCA

TKI, is 9-½ years old. Zouk is her father. Chloé came to live with us after several

emails and phone calls with Sandy Bustin and a long drive to Florida to pick her

up. Chloé has been a joy to live with, although, as a PBGV, training has been slow

and steady-ish.  Other than puppy and introductory training classes, we delayed

more structured obedience until she was a Grand Champion. Since then she has

been in classes in Agility, Rally, Nose Work, Tracking, and Obedience. Trick Dog

and Canine Good Citizen testing were added along the way because with rewards

(i.e., food) she will do pretty much anything.  At the 2019 PBGVCA Regional

Specialty Chloé won High in Trial in Obedience, a highlight and one I may never

experience again.  She isn’t the best at formal obedience, to say the least, because

Miss Chloé would rather go on a “sniffari” than actually heel.  She is smart and

stubborn, perhaps typical traits of the breed. “Bird” (as we call her because she

chirps for dinner) has an acute sense of humor that at times is frustrating; most of

the time I cannot resist laughing with her. In agility Chloé loves to grandstand on

the A-frame and dog walk, and look at the crowd, awaiting the applause she as-

sumes is her due.

CH Wufwire’s Fannie Mae PCJH PCSH, at 9 years is my couch

potato.  Zouk is her father.  Fannie is very loving and prefers to be

at home or on the hunt field. She came to live with me at 2 years of

age and decided that this is where she will stay. Over the years, Fan-

nie has learned non-verbal signals and does what I want her to do

around the house.
A new activity with Fannie is Hunt Trials.  She has received qualify-

ing scores in most of her trials and has earned her Junior and Senior

Hunt titles.  Fannie seems very wise in how she goes about hunting.

She stays with the pack and does some searching but stays among

the other dogs who are searching.  She is very quick to see a rabbit “pop” and takes off after it, giving voice.  She gen-

erally stays close to my Max because he is good at popping rabbits but until the last hunt, he had no clue what to do

next and would continue searching.  In the meantime, Fannie is on the chase.
Fannie has been a very good mother to her newborn pups, very caring and protective.  She has had 24 offspring. Most

live in the west and midwest and one lives in the Netherlands.

TKP, is another of Zouk’s daughters, and is now 7 years old. The

journey with Glee started with a two-hour drive to the Atlanta air-

port at 2:00 a.m. to pick up a puppy I had only seen in videos. She

was 11 weeks old and came out of her crate happy and wagging her

whole rear end. I knew she had a great temperament; what I didn’t

know was how she would do in the field or performance rings.
With the help of her mentors Gypsy and Drew, Glee quickly became

a Master Hunter. She has beauty and brains. She finished her Grand

Championship and Rally Excellent titles on the same day. As we

progressed she earned a Utility Obedience title and we are working
