Agility Judge’s Comments

by Steve Larrison

Summer 2019 Saber Tails 23

I would like to start by thanking Lora Megli for the invitation to judge the PBGVCA Na-

tional & Regional Specialty Agility Trial on the 9th of April, 2019.  The facility and dirt were

professionally prepared for the big day.  Once I got the first course tweaked and ready to run,

I had some time to spend with the exhibitors.  This is my favorite time.  I really enjoy meeting

new people and their dogs.  Once we started running the dogs, things moved quickly.  It was

an absolute joy to watch the dogs run.  They were all having so much fun.
The trial ran very smoothly and without problems because of the great volunteers.  Every-

one pitched in and helped when

needed.  Shawn Cossart (Trial

Secretary) kept all the scores in order, which is tough when

you run a Regional and a National trial at the same time.
All I can hope is that everyone had as much fun as I did.  It

was an absolute blast being part of such a great event held

by a fantastic organization.  I feel honored to have been a

part of your National & Regional Specialty.
Thank you everyone.
