President’s Report:
Tiffany reported a member, who won a painting in the
live auction at the 2015 National, had not received the
painting because the artist had a stroke before it could
be delivered. Janice Hayes who was in charge of the
Auctions is working with the Artist’s relatives to retrieve
the painting and get it to the buyer. If the painting can-
not be transferred to the buyer the Club will refund the
buyer’s winning bid.
Tiffany reported that Vivienne Phillips had asked that her
request for DNA samples for the SRM (Steroid Resis-
tant Meningitis) Study, with her Study article, be put in
Saber Tails. It has been published on Facebook. Tiffany
will contact Helen Ingher to see if she had received
Vivienne’s article. Tiffany also reported that she had a
question from Helen regarding APHIS notifications to
the Club and suggested they be sent out by email blast
by Veronica.
Vice President’s Report:
Bob Cohen reported he is waiting on the publishing of
the Amendment Articles of Incorporation by the Secre-
tary of State of Nebraska.

the Corrected Board Minutes from August 10, 2015. Mo-
tion passed.
Stephanie reported she had received 3, of the 4, 2017
National Judge’s signed Contracts. Susannah said she
would contact the 4th Judge and remind her. When
that signed contract is received the names will be pub-
lished to the membership.
Corresponding Secretary’s Report:
Susannah Cooper will create an email request ask-
ing for Judge nominations for Veronica to send to the
membership. She has sent the email blast about pre-or-
dering the Calendars. Gloria will take care of receiving
orders. It was suggested that email blasts be limited
to one request because some requests get lost if listed
second or third. Tiffany will ask Gina to place the logo
for the Indianapolis National on our Facebook page.
